The Chevy Silverado integration module will display Rear Dynamic Parking Assistance Lines that move along with the steering wheel position. Further, a second video input can be used for any other composite video source, such as a FLIR Night Vision or front view camera that is activated automatically when you press the "HOME" button.
As with all of our OEM integration's, the camera and interface come complete with a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty both parts and labor. With the introduction of Viper's digital solutions no more are we going wire to wire on the newer vehicles. Today we load a digital remote start system up with vehicle specific software and connect it to your vehicles data system which will send the commands from your new remote control, factory remote control or your smartphone to start, lock, unlock, slide open the doors or pop your trunk. Further, Viper released a few vehicle specific T-harnesses that allow for up to 70% of the wires to be now plug and play with factory plugs. We just unplug your factory harness, plug it into the Viper harness and the reinsert the Viper harness into your factory plug location. This ensures a reliable connection that will not come undone and makes for a cleaner looking installation. Your mechanic or dealership will love us!
