Products purchased and professionally installed by Access 1 Alarm & Audio include a one (1) year manufacturer's product warranty. Installation labor is warranted for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle, provided the installation has not been altered, modified, tampered with, serviced, or repaired by any person or business other than Access 1 Alarm & Audio.
Products purchased without installation include a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Warranty claims require inspection and approval by the manufacturer. Products requiring warranty service will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. The customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, freight charges, and related warranty service expenses.
All sales are final. Access 1 Alarm & Audio does not accept returns on over-the-counter purchases.
Products determined by management to have been incorrectly sold, damaged upon receipt, or defective may be eligible for store credit at management's sole discretion.
Opened, used, installed, programmed, modified, custom ordered, or special-order products are not eligible for return. In certain circumstances, management may authorize store credit for opened merchandise, subject to inspection and a minimum 25% restocking fee.
A valid Access 1 Alarm & Audio sales receipt or invoice is required for all warranty claims, labor warranty requests, exchanges, returns, and store credit considerations.
Customers are responsible for retaining their original proof of purchase. Access 1 Alarm & Audio is not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged, destroyed, or unavailable receipts.
Warranty coverage, labor warranty coverage, exchanges, returns, and any discretionary store credit may be denied if proof of purchase cannot be provided.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, accidents, neglect, water intrusion, theft, vandalism, fire, collision, electrical system defects, acts of nature, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering after the vehicle leaves Access 1 Alarm & Audio.
Access 1 Alarm & Audio is not responsible for damage caused by other service facilities, vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, body shops, repair shops, or any person performing work on the vehicle after installation.
