The Alpine DVR-C320R combines front-and-rear surveillance with the essential equipment and connectivity needed for everyday driving and parking protection.
The DVR-C320R records Full HD 1080p video at 30 frames per second with a 140-degree diagonal field of view, helping capture important details such as license plates, surrounding vehicles, road conditions and accident footage.
Wide Dynamic Range technology automatically adjusts exposure and white balance during sudden lighting changes, while Super Night Vision helps produce clearer recordings in darker driving and parking conditions.
The DVR-C320R includes driver-assistance functions that provide audible alerts for changing conditions ahead.
Forward Collision Warning: Alerts the driver when the vehicle may be approaching another vehicle too closely.
Lane Departure Warning: Provides an alert when the vehicle begins moving outside its detected lane.
Front Vehicle Movement Warning: Alerts the driver when the vehicle ahead begins moving after traffic has stopped.
Driver-assistance features are supplemental alerts only and do not replace attentive driving or the vehicle’s factory safety equipment.
The DVR-C320R records activity while the vehicle is being driven and can continue monitoring the vehicle after the ignition is turned off when properly installed and configured for Parking Mode.
If an impact is detected while parked, the system can preserve footage from approximately 10 seconds before and 10 seconds after the event, providing valuable context surrounding the incident.
Parking surveillance requires the appropriate permanent power connection and professional vehicle integration.
The DVR-C320R includes a primary front camera and a secondary camera for additional coverage. The secondary camera can be positioned to record through the rear window or monitor activity inside the passenger compartment.
The included universal mounting bracket supports a clean windshield installation, while professional camera placement helps provide useful viewing angles without unnecessarily obstructing the driver’s view.
The front camera provides a 136-degree horizontal and 77-degree vertical viewing angle. The rear camera provides a 116-degree horizontal and 61-degree vertical viewing angle.
The DVR-C320R features a universal RCA video output for connection to compatible Alpine receivers.
With a supported Alpine receiver and the proper connection, recordings can be viewed on the in-dash display, and select dash-camera controls and driver-assistance settings may be accessed through the Alpine interface.

Built-in 802.11n 2.4GHz Wi-Fi allows a compatible smartphone to connect to the DVR-C320R through the Alpine Recording Viewer app. Users can access Live View, review recorded files and adjust supported recording, parking and driver-assistance settings.
Built-in GPS records location and speed data for supported playback and documentation.
The included 32GB MicroSD card provides recording storage, while the Alpine PC Viewer offers another way to review, download and preserve important footage.
